Kazan ya da Kaybet
Deleting in the app
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm with your current password and give the separate deletion confirmation.
Good to know
- Signing out alone does not delete the account or its data.
- If the operation fails you see an error; a server error is never shown as success. You can write to support.
- Primary account records, photo objects in private storage, device and Watch copies, and provider backups are separate scopes. Removing primary records is not the same as the retention cycle of provider logs and backups; we do not promise that every copy is erased instantly.
- The account-free Uç drill and preferences stay on your device; losing them is not the same operation as deleting account-linked data.
- A minimal record of the scope, time and result of a deletion may be kept for at least three years as required by regulation; deleted content is not stored again through that record.
If you cannot reach it
If you cannot reach the deletion path, write to kampuskurye@gmail.com with the subject “Kazan ya da Kaybet — hesap silme desteği”. This channel does not replace the in-app deletion control. Never put your password in an email.
For your data-protection rights and how to apply, see the Privacy and KVKK Notice (Turkish) and the website privacy notice.
